Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (260S3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unfortunately, the last time I asked about drivers, nothing helped me. Now I have exactly the same question. A virus was installed on my laptop and I had to format the hard drive. There is currently no operating system installed on it. But the disks do not appear in the Windows 10 installer. Please help me. My device is HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1xxx or HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (260S3AV)

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the Intel RST drivers that I zipped up and attached below.

 

They are good for the Intel 11th - 13th generation core processors.
