Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Dear Sir/Madam

        I had this icons in devices manager  in the section(other devices) shows (unknown device ) 

I tried to uninstall the driver but always show unknown device 

from the device instance path I got this (ACPI\HPQ0004\2&DABA3FF&0)

may you help me solving the problem

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
