We cannot provide the information you seek.

 

Our community forum is not a direct link to HP Technical Service or any internal department within HP.

 

IF you purchased the computer directly from HP, then "somewhere" in HP there is a record of the purchase. 

 

If the information is available from HP (if HP gives out this information at all),

If you can connect with the department that can find the information,

and 

If you can prove you are the original purchaser,

then

You might be able to get a copy of the receipt.

 

 

The best I can offer is that you contact HP Technical Support -- if you must submit a case before you can get a phone number (as in the USA / Canada), use the Serial Number of the device to submit the case.

 

Explain what you need and ask that someone help you.
