Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

initially from 15 days ago my 13 inch 360 Spectre Evo series model had a boot issue, the machine use to work but the screen used to be blank, later visited to HP service center to fix the issue, after getting it done last week i could notice my touch pad is not working, i called back to the manager at the service center he asked me to again, all efforts and energy was a waste, again i to waste my 2 working hours to visit back to them to fix the issue. the first and worst experience having from the flapgship model by hp, also the service manager is the most illiterate manager ever seen in an IT industry
