HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy1000 (436S8AV)

I have an HP Pavillion and my touchpad drivers are gone. My OS version is 23H2, please send me the proper driver download for my OS version.

As technology evolves, updates sometimes introduce temporary compatibility challenges. HP is continuously working to provide optimized drivers for the best experience. In the meantime, here are a few solutions you can try

 

Use Windows Generic Drivers:

  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
  3. Right-click on your touchpad device and choose Update driver.
  4. Select Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
  5. Choose the HID-compliant touchpad driver and click Next.

 

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and click Check for updates to see if any patches are available.

Use an External Mouse (Temporary Solution):

  • If needed, an external USB mouse can help you stay productive until the touchpad driver is updated.
