HP Recommended

The Touchpad option is not found anywhere on my laptop.  How can I get that option back?

HP Recommended

Tap the ESC key when booting up and run diagnostics.  if the touchpad fails then there is a hardware problem.

 

If there is no touchpad diagnostics then possibly windows OS problem

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance.
