Hi, I know very little about tech stuff so be kind!
I can usually sign into windows ok but sometimes my mouse/touch pad does not work to sign in. Or once I can sign into windows, I cant use the mouse or touchpad to connect to the internet.
I read somewhere that pressing ctrl/alt/delete helps. It did, but it takes me to the options to Lock..Switch user..Sign
Out..Task Master..Cancel. Which I have no idea what it is.
Anyway, I just click on "Cancel" because I don't understand what else to do.
I can then pull up the internet window. Why is this happening and how can I correct it permanently?
Thank you 😇
