Guys how to check whether trim function is available for my nvme ssd for win 10.

It is available.
I trim my PC's NVMe SSDs all the time.
You use the defragment and optimize drives program in the Windows Administrative tools program folder.
You can check the box to have Windows trim the drive periodically and you can trim it any time you want as well, even if you have that option set.
That is why the program is no longer just labeled as a disk defragmenter.
It automatically recognizes what type of drive is installed and will defragment it if it is a mechanical hard drive, or trim the drive if it is a SATA or NVMe SSD.
