i tried downloading the latest graphics driver from intel however it showed a warning saying "
Installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM)" so i went to the website of hp and tried looking for the update there but when the website tells me to select the os version of my laptop i cant find the version as mine is windows 11 23h2.
what should i do in this situation?

Well, that's life. In many cases we have to use fully tested and customized driver(s) from HP. HP may NOT warranty when customers use different drivers.
Hope this makes sense. Please wait.
Regards.

What you do in that situation is to install the latest W11 Intel graphics driver that HP has from your notebook's support page which is this one:
HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) Software and Driver Details
If your notebook has the Intel Iris Xe graphics, and you want to use the latest driver from Intel, let me know and I will give you the instructions to manually update the driver to the latest version from the Intel website.
