I'm trying to open my photos and it keeps telling me 'the application cannot be started, Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem'.

It then says to go to the Windows store and reinstall the photos app but when I click on the store it just flashes the store logo and doesn't load anything....

I believe I have Windows 10 if that helps at all.

I'm not very tech savvy so any ideas will be gratefully received as I just want to be able to view my photos.

Thanks in advance

Please download and install the following free software and use it as default photos viewer

   https://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

You can view nearly all image formats.

Regards.
