I have an HP 6970 printer and I am trying to print text inside our xmas cards. I have the format, size and am ready to roll.  When I put the cards in the printer, and adjust the paper feed for the card, the printing doesn't show up where  wanting it. I have one file in "portrait" and one file in "landscape".  neither one is appearing o. the 7x10' card. Im using B5 as paper size.  what am I doing wrong ?  thanks

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
