My laptop has tried to update two software twice and has failed they are...

1. Intel chipset installation utility and driver

2. HP PC hardware diagnostics UEFI

 

please can someone help with a solvent

Hello, I think is automatically updates from HP Support Assistant?? 

It is not very important if your computer works correctly, but if you really want install this you can try to install manually. 

For the Intel Chipstet please tell us the Product Number (P/N) from your PC.
