Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

at first, even after upgrading to windows 11, the type C charging was working perfectly.  but I don't know after which update it stopped charging while I'm using it or even if it is in sleep mode. it does charge with type C only when the laptop is turned off. I don't know if there is a mistake in the bios of in software or settings app.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

The error pattern indicates that the USB-C charger is no longer generating enough power (watts). Which charger do you have? Please send pictures, especially the technical data printed on the charger.
