unable to download and install hp support assistant

good afternoon,

for long time my p support assistant was not loading.so i tried it uninstalling and downloading the latest version again but i am unable to download it again.i tried it infinity times from official hp support website.after downloading and going through some steps ,it says "A newer version of HP support assistant is installed.setup will close now".and thats all when i go and check there is no hp support assistant.and also first by mistake i downloaded 2 hp support assitant and uninstalled it but now it shows 2 icons but no software for it.kindly help me

@magesh20, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

In Windows, search for and open 'Uninstall a program'.
On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant, then click Uninstall.
Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant.
Restart your computer to complete the process.

 

Update the latest version of HP support assistant using this link.
