Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to download Webroot from my digital download through BestBuy - and it won't allow me to do so - also the little box to "run" is not appearing.

 

I tried to just set up an HP account - but my computer won't even allow me to install the software...

Sounds like your laptop is in Windows11 S mode. Product number you provided is a base model product number and there are over a dozen of variant product numbers under it so, I cannot look up your laptop's specs.

 

Click this link and follow the steps to find out if you are in s mode or not.
