I have a new HP Laptop that I bought solely for music tracks. I am unable to install the app that I work with because it isn't available in the Microsoft App store. How can I get the app installed without hurting my new computer?

Hi,
Most likely your notebook is in Windows S mode and you can only install apps from Microsoft store.
You can switch out of S mode and then you will have regular Windows and will be able to install any software you want.
Hope it helps,
David

David, Thank you for your response. I thought that might be the case but really appreciate your feedback. When it comes to the computer, I am not Savey at all. I thank you so much for your help. Have a wonderful day.
