i have bought laptop from my cousin so i am using second hand laptop i have done upadted my laptop to windows 10 pro so i lost all my microsoft office and for my pc microsoft office 2016 is free i am unable to re login i don't know the email id also so, it was asking product key so pleasee i need a product key atleast or email id which my cousin used at the time of new laptop login

Product keys for MS office are provided by Microsoft, not by HP.  You would have to contact Microsoft Support to get help with this issue, as there is nothing we here can do for you about this.
