I'm using windows 10 home. HP 15 Notebook PC, 64-bit operating system, x 64 based processor, Touch support with 10 touch points. I see a product ID but not a product name
Also, I just trying to download a photo from my email and received a message to type in my PIN and password. I typed in both correctly and received the same error message. So basically I am unable to save anything from my email to my computer now.
I am using a notebook, running windows 10. For some reason, two weeks ago I am unable to print things that I have downloaded. For instance, I took a photo of a document sent it to my email and then downloaded from my email to my desktop. When I click print, my computer now ask me for my PIN (never did this before). I type in my CORRECT pin and receive a message stated "Sorry, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. Well this has been happnening for two weeks, so I think I have waited long enough. You can choose to type in password instead of PIN and that doesn't work either.

We need the model number of the notebook and the model number of the printer.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
