Hi i have been trying to copy some photos from a USB memory stick to my actual computer on the desktop and it says 'an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. error code: 0x8007045D. the request cannot be performed because of an I/O device error.'

i have tried to see if there is  system errors on the USB but there is none. unsure of what to do next

 

any advice would be appreciated 🙂
