Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had Quicken on my computer. I wanted install it again. I put the disk in and it keeps telling me to uninstall the previous verison. When I go into control panel it isn't there. I have searched everywhere and cant find it to uninstall it. I hope some one can help me. I am going nuts here.

Almost certainly that means that any previous installation failed to complete properly and left something on the drive -- and sorry, but we would have no way of knowing just what that could be.

 

You would need to find an online support forum for Quicken and ask them about the detail steps needed to complete the removal.
