You don't uninstall drivers like you do applications.  There is a way to remove drivers but it requires very complicated command-line work involving pnputil -- more detail than I can provide here.

 

As to reinstalling the drivers, you should only install those from HP.  If you got others, like from AMD, they are liable NOT to work.

Hi ... thank you for your  reply ...  I uninstalled the AMD Software ... then I  reset my computer AND got a popup to say WINDOWS UPDATE may have automatically replaced your AMD Graphics ... so I went to the link and the AMD Software I launched is not compatible with currently installed AMD Graphics Driver ...........................  that's as far as i got ...  if you have any further advice for me, please email me .... thank you so much for your help ....  greatly  appreciated ...

Since You're using an HP laptop, the best approach is to go to the HP product page for your PC and download the drivers from there.

 

You can also run HP Support Assistant and it will search for and download any needed drivers.
