@Hadders64, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your security software indicates that you have outdated drivers, but HP Support Assistant does not flag any, follow these steps to ensure your drivers are up to date:

Run Windows Update:

  • Ensure you are connected to the internet.
  • Click on the Start Menu and select Settings.
  • Navigate to Update & Security.
  • Click on Windows Update and then Check for updates.
  • Install any available updates and restart your computer if prompted.

Double-Check with HP Support Assistant:

  • Open HP Support Assistant by clicking on the Start Menu, then All Apps, and HP Help and Support.
  • If it has been launched before, click the HP Support Assistant icon on the taskbar.
  • On the Welcome screen, navigate to My Device.
  • Click on Updates to check for any available updates.
  • Follow any prompts to install updates.

Use Device Manager:

  • Right-click on the Start Menu and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the categories to find the devices that need driver updates (e.g., Display adapters, Network adapters, etc.).
  • Right-click on the device and select Update Driver Software.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Manually Download Drivers from HP Website:

  • Visit the HP Support website for your specific model.
  • Enter your model number (HP Pavilion 14-ce3002na) and select the correct operating system (Windows 10, 64-bit).
  • Download and install any available drivers manually.

Check Software Update in Microsoft Store:

  • Open Microsoft Store.
  • Click on ... in the top right corner and select Downloads and updates.
  • Click Get updates to check for software updates for any applications installed via Microsoft Store.

Ensuring your drivers are updated will help maintain the performance and security of your HP Pavilion 14-ce3002na.
