Hi, asking essentially the same question for my HP Elitebook 1030 G4. The Device Manager shows HP R94 System Firmware isn't working. The system prompts for restart to complete firmware install and yet it pops up again after restarts. 

Other devices section in the device manager, with Intel_Sensor_00, Intel_Sensor_01, Intel_Sensor_02, Intel_Sensor_03 show as not working as well, if that helps.

System is currently on 22H2.
