Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G7 Notebook PC (8WA65AV)

While I am searching for updating Windows 11, if I ask to download a file for Xerox printer, the file name is (Xerox-Printer-4/22 - 4/22/2009 12:00:00 AM - 10.0.17119.1), so the file didn`t download Also I tried thousands of times with error (Install error - 0x80070103)

Consider I tried with Microsoft support, and after two days of trying they advisedme  to conntact HP support
