okay so, i tried updating to windows 10 and every time I try it has a error. Can someone tell me how to update it or maybe what else to try?

Please do a new installation and KEEP all users data/files/programs if you wish using installation media from

 

               https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

My suggestion is to download ISO file and mount ISO file as DVD to run Setup

 

              mountISO.png

As mentioned above, please tick Keep personal data files and programs.
