Product: pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop will not update windows. keeps giving me message  ..HP pavilion notebook - BIOS need to be upgraded before you can upgrade to window 10  Uninstall this app now as it is not compatible with win 10         Manually uninstall

   I have no idea what to do.

I am running windows 10 home     version 1607       os build  14393.2214

That is TRUE, you need to update BIOS. You need to go to its driver page to update to the latest BIOS, by the way, what is it ?
