Hi

 

I bought a

HP Notebook - 15-ac132ne (ENERGY STAR)

which had windows 10 , i did not like it so I installed windows 7 downloaded all drivers from HP but my USB and Ethernet is not recognizing and its not working, is there anyone who can provide me with solution , thanks.

Hi:

 

If the USB3 and ethernet drivers on the support page didn't work, download the ones directly from the hardware manufacturer's websites.

 

USB:

 

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file from the link below.

 

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22824/USB-3-0-Driver-Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-Host-Control...

 

Ethernet:

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the link below.
