Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC series (173C3AV)

hi i bought hp 11 expecting to load things easy as my old computer but that is not happening my cd/dvd re writer does not work as does not my printer i have checked up dates and driver up dates and every thing is ok also i have tried re loading windows any help would be great

I understand you have trouble using the PC with the DVD and the printer is not able to load, The model you have shared In the community HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC series (173C3AV) doesn't go with the CD/DVD rewrite, if you are using a different Pc, Please help me with the Pc serial number details so I can help you better
