usb port not working

i opened my laptop to clean my air cooler thing and then i accidently pulled this wire that was white it was sticky it was taped on the air thing  and written on 1 end it says "MB" and on other end it said "USB" so i took it off the air thing  but i accidently disconnected the wire and now my usb don't work anymore and my usb cord is not faulty and its not only my mouse its anything that is usb thing

Sorry, but we are not laptop technicians here and since you opened the laptop and "broke" it, even if it was still under warranty, HP would refuse to service it.

Your best bet is to take it to a local laptop repair place and see if they can fix it for you.
