Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have an HP Laptop with a touch screen. I would like to know if I can use the screen to write on with my fingertip and project this with a projector onto a wall to teach with. So is there an app I can use to do this? Thank you.

To be able to do that, you need a machine which supports an active stylus, not your existing machine.
