hi
no of my usb port works. ı dont understand what happened. my usp port work with usb hub that has own enery adapter.
ı mean my usb ports work but there is no enery inside them. did ı burned some thing inside it?

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer where the USB ports are not working. Happy to help.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Have you tried the troubleshooter available in the control panel?
Have you tested the USB ports with any mouse or keyboard?
Could you provide the exact product number of your computer?
Recommend you to run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here for assistance.
Open device manager by doing a right-click on the Windows button.
Uninstall the USB controller, delete the driver when prompted.
Restart the computer couple times and check.

hi
my laptop is pavillion 17-f100nt
ı recovered my laptop but nothing works
just my usps port work with usp hup that has external power suply.
ı think there is no power in my usp port.
i tried so many usb stuff and none of them works except my printer.
