Hi,

i just bought a Elitebook 1050 G1  , genuine version .

I installed windows 64 PRO

now 2 question :

1) how to setup and use the finger print reader ? and also the face reader by webcam ?

2) i not have any software HP installed ,  why ?  do i need it ? if yes which one ?

Because you installed Windows 10 Pro yourself, you have to re-install anything missing.

It is up to you. Many people simpy wipe out HP software and install themselves the ones they want, the way they want. You can go to the following link to select the ones you need to install.

Hi Banhien and really thanks for your answered .

Just for you rinfo was not a my choice to buy a laptop Hp without software , but was teh shop that sold me laptop and separate windows pro ., so thats why  i installed by my self only win 64 pro .

 

But exampel how i can let the finger print reader  working ?

i need some aplications ?

when i try from wiondows they trell me that is not suported with  my win 64 PRO , is it possible?  so in this case what i can use the finger print reader ?
