Good day
There was a need to reinstall Windows
I went to the Microsoft website and received this message:
"It looks like you entered a product key for the software preinstalled by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for a software update option."
How can I get a valid activation key?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, the HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system and "Activation Key" not required.
