HP Recommended

The Victus 16 laptop has a led light that will turn on when the laptop is on, however, out of nowhere the light is not powering on. 

All the keyboard lights are working, the computer of the keyboard has not been damage. Even the caps lock and the F5 light are working. 

 

Any idea of what could be causing this?
