Buongiorno,

 

Ho da poco più di tre anni un pc Hp Pavilion con Ram 16 gb, intel i7 e scheda video Nvidia Geforce MX250. In seguito all'installazione del programma Creo (uso già altri software per progettazione regolarmente come Inventor e Abaqus), da quando lo uso, dopo un po' di lavoro si chiude sempre da solo senza salvare e, addirittura, almeno una volta al giorno (ora lo sto usando per molte ore giornaliere) mi dà la schermata blu di riavvio per errore. Le prime volte l'errore era sempre lo stesso (legato alla scheda video), ma credo di aver risolto con l'aggiornamento dei driver. Dopo quella volta lì però mi sono comparsi altri due tipi di errore, ovvero DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE e DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Ho fatto i tipi di diagnostica che conosco ma il pc non ha rilevato nulla. Ribadisco che questi problemi si sono sempre e solo verificati con PTC Creo (reinstallato più volte e sempre in modo corretto).

Mi piacerebbe poter capire l'origine del problema dato che lavorare in questo modo risulta piuttosto scomodo.
