Product: HP 15s-eq0000 Laptop PC (8BB50AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today my volume stopped working.  It will automatically lower to mute.  If you try to turn it back up, it will automatically start to go down to mute.  

 

When trying to solve the problem, I am unable to scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
