Welcome to the HP Support forum.

 

In order to resole this issue, you will need to update your >BIOS<

You may try this options [when Windows does not start] >> https://www.techadvisor.com/article/726778/how-to-fix-a-laptop-that-wont-turn-on.html

 Hello,
I have the same problem on an HP Probook 470 G3 notebook. Did you solve the problem? What solution did you use (other than to bring your notebook to HP service .....)
