I Purchased this laptop just a week ago and the warranty already shows as expired. I also don't have the dispute warranty button. I have the original receipt with me.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I am sorry to hear about the warranty issue with your HP OMEN 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop (Model 16-xf0000). It's unusual for a new laptop to show an expired warranty, especially if you've purchased it recently. Let's address this step by step:
Step 1: Verify Warranty Status:
First, confirm the warranty status using HP's official warranty check tool:
Visit the HP Warranty Check page.
Enter your laptop's serial number or product number.
Review the warranty information provided.
If the warranty status is indeed expired, proceed to the next steps.
Step 2: Dispute the Warranty Status:
If you believe the warranty information is incorrect, you can dispute it:
Navigate to the HP Warranty Dispute page.
Follow the instructions to submit a warranty dispute.
You'll need to provide details such as:
Serial number of your laptop
Purchase date and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt)
Since you have the original receipt, ensure you have a digital copy ready to upload.
Step 3: Contact HP Support in India:
If you don't see the "Dispute Warranty" option or need further assistance:
Visit the HP India Support page.
Select your product category and follow the prompts to get contact information.
You can reach out via phone, chat, or email.
Explain the situation, providing your laptop's serial number, purchase details, and the issue you're facing.
Step 4: Gather Documentation:
Before contacting HP Support, ensure you have the following:
Laptop's serial number
Original purchase receipt
Screenshots of the warranty status page showing the expired status
This documentation will help expedite the resolution process.
If you need further assistance or have questions about the process, feel free to ask!
Kind Regards,
