Not every computer comes with a fingerprint reader.

Some computers include the fingerprint reader as an optional purchase.

If that is true for your system, the information is available in your computer's service manual.

If the Device Manager does not have a section for the Biometric devices,

then

Your computer does not have a fingerprint reader.
