HP Recommended

I  have had my laptop for the last 10 years and am looking to update but cant find all the specifications to compare to. All I can find on the device is this;

Processor AMD A10-5745M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.19 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

 

I know it is 908GB and roughly 15.9 inch,  but I want to try to compare to what is on the market now. I have loved this laptop but it's getting a bit dated and no longer practical ( a lighter one is definitely needed for my current lifestyle). 

 

if anyone has any help or suggestions......
