You began a thread.
Why not continue and actually describe what the issue you are facing?
Be specific.
Start off with actually identifying your notebook with the ProdID code that is on the bottom of your notebook.
Calling it an HP notebook is about as non-specific as it gets and not very useful at all.
After that is done you can move on to a description of the problem's symptoms.
That is how the forum works.
