where is my order???

HP 17 by 3065st notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Very frustrating. I placed an order on 11-27-20 and was told 2-8 business days. Its been 19 days and have yet to receive the item I ordered. Very frustrating milling thru the HP system. Will not connect me to anyone to answer my queries.......
