Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

Bought this laptop 3 days ago.

 

After 90 mins on the phone and 3 hp consultants, i am none the wiser.

 

I keep getting 'care pack' panel displays, encouraging me to purchase.

A chat consultant today confirmed that NEITHER of the three offered were suitable/compatible. Indeed the pricing though attractive was just plain weird (more for lesser serviced product for eg).

 

HP are fast becoming as convaluted as MS, how sad.

 

Contradictions all over...what do i do to be secure and NOT WASTE my 1 year manufacturer warranty?
