Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G3 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I treated all the solutions there was of all the page of internet to change the options of the bios of my laptop and nothing happens the changes and is still the same performance and later to think I know something one theory is my laptop doesn't allow of the apply the performance in that way of the software, I did all the solutions optimize to the system operative and fixing the problems of my laptop and I did anything to do to get the optimized the laptop but it didn't changes the performance of the laptop. (there is something can I change the option of the performance)( I corrected the letters and reading and I already edited the text to simplified I wanted to tell.)
