Hi:
If the PC came from HP with W10, the product key is in the BIOS.
I have zipped up and attached a free utility below that will show you the W10 product key in the BIOS.
You will not need it to reinstall W10.

You're very welcome.
Ever since W8 came out, Microsoft has required that all PC manufacturers install the Windows product key in the BIOS.
This prevents the illegal use of OEM windows product keys on other PC's as was done so many times in the past.
You can take the product key from your notebook, put it in large font on the side of a bus and it would be useless to anyone but you.
I don't know of any notebooks made in the last 5 years where there is accompanying paperwork, stickers or certificates regarding the windows operating system.
The most any of mine have is a Windows sticker on the bottom that indicates 'Pro.'
Doesn't even tell you what version of Windows it is.
I just bought a HP Stream Pro G4 notebook from eBay, and the only stickers that has is an energy star sticker and an Intel inside sticker on the palm rest.
No Windows info at all.
