My product id is 00331-10000-00001-AA593 but i need the product key.

Hi:

 

If your model came from HP with W10 Pro installed, then the product key is in the BIOS.

 

You do not need to know the product key to reinstall W10.

 

However, if you want to view the product key, I have zipped up and attached a free utility below that will show you the W10 Pro product key in the BIOS.   You need to have a working Windows installation to use the utility.
