@Wojtek3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding upgrading to Windows 11!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
As of now, the HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 12-bf0500sa is officially supported with Windows 10. Windows 11 compatibility is currently limited, and the 24H2 update may not be available for your device due to hardware or driver support restrictions.
I recommend checking Windows Update periodically, as Microsoft releases compatibility updates over time. Additionally, you can visit HP official support page to see if there are any BIOS or driver updates that might improve compatibility in the future.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
