Does anyone have drivers for windows 8.1 for HP 250 G5?

Depending on what hardware the notebook comes with--if it is just the onboard Intel HD graphics, try the drivers from the HP 450 G3.

 

The Wi-Fi, ethernet and SD card reader drivers from the 450 G3 should work.

 

You can use the W10 touchpad driver from the 250 G5 support page because I believe that will have the W8.1 drivers too.  Use the oldest version available.
