Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi guys im using 840 g7 currently on window 11 pro 23h2 64 bit,and i am facing issues with fingerprint setup.when i try to setup my fingerprint,its says that its currently unavailable and when i clicks on it then it says that we couldnt find a fingerprint scanner compatible with window fingerprint.After this i went to youtube and watched many tutorials to fix it,i went to device manager in my laptop to see biometric driver update but unfortunately there was no any driver in biometrics except facial recognition(windows hello) software device.I am confused now and i dont know what to do if someone can help me,ill be very thankful to them.

Windows facial recognition AND Finger print are OPTIONAL. Did you BUY those options for your machine ?
