Hello, i cant use windows hello face recognition on my hp ar003tu....any body pls help,is it available on my laptop or it is a software issue?i'm using windows 10 pro 64bit....pls help

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Is this first time setup?

If you have never set up Windows Hello Face Recognition and the option to set up the feature does not display in Settings, make sure your PC has an IR camera. The option to set up Face Recognition does not display if the PC does not have an IR camera.
